Bridget (Breda) Byrne
Ossory Park, Kilkenny
and formerly of Kells Road.
Breda passed away on 9th October 2025, peacefully, at St. Luke's Hospital. Predeceased by her beloved husband Sean and granddaughter Cathy. Much loved mother of John. Breda will be dearly missed by her loving son, daughter-in-law Marie, granddaughter Mary and grandsons Brian and his wife Karen, and Mark and his partner Holly, great grandchildren Dylan, Conor and Neala, brother Joe, sisters Sheila, Patsy, and Phil, nieces and nephews, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.
Breda is also predeceased by her siblings Maisie, Betty, Joanie, Peggy, Ursula, Lily, Sean and Pat.
Breda's family would like to thank in a special way the staff of the Suir Ward at St. Luke's Hospital for the kindness and care shown to Breda during her time with them.
May her gentle soul Rest in Peace

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, John's Green, Kilkenny (R95XE00) on Monday (13th Oct) from 5pm with Funeral Prayers at 6.15 pm followed by removal to St. John's Church.
Requiem Mass on Tuesday morning at 10.30am. Funeral afterwards to St. Kieran's Cemetery.
