Bridget (Bridie) A. Joyce nee Egan, of Boston, native of Glenmore, Athenry, Co. Galway, Ireland, died at home peacefully surrounded by loving family on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2022. She was predeceased by siblings, John and Thomas Egan, in-laws, Stanley Sreda, Thomas Higgins, John ‘Jack’ Byrd, Myles Glynn, Paul Frazier, Mary “Una” Egan and Angela Joyce.mSadly missed by her husband Timothy, her daughter Ann Marie Joyce, son in-law Haluk Akbudak of Lexington, Massachusetts, her grandchildren, Ronan and Alan Akbudak, her siblings, James Egan of Ballyglass, Turloughmore,  formerly of Watertown, Mary Sreda of Sharon, Massachusetts, Josephine Higgins of Stoneham, Massachusetts, Annie Byrd and Theresa Glynn, both of Ballyglunin, in-laws, Peter and Rose Joyce of Queens, New York, Bridget Frazier of Rockport, Massachusetts, Paddy Joe and Kathleen Joyce of Turloughmore, Galway, Mary Ellen and Joe Costello of Kilskeagh, Kathleen Egan and many nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Our Lady’s Chapel Lackagh on Monday, 5th of December, from 5.30pm.  Removal at 7pm to Our Lady of Knock Parish Church, Lackagh. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, December 6th, at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in Lackagh New Cemetery. Mass will be live-streamed on www.lackaghchurchliveyoutube and also broadcast on parish radio, 106.9 FM.
