RING (Cork) On 10th February 2025, unexpectedly, but peacefully, in the tender care of the staff of St. Mary’s Ward in the Mercy University Hospital, BRIDGET (BRIDIE, nee O’Rourke), late of Redemption Road. Dearly beloved wife of the late Ned (Edward) and much loved mother of Denis and Pat, devoted nan of Deirdre, Niamh and Olivia, great-grandnan of Maya and the late Ella, dearest sister of John.

Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law Patricia and Christine, sister-in-law Ita, nephews Anthony, Sean and Martin, relatives, neighbours, staff and residents of Mount Cara.

Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Wednesday (12th February) at 10.00am, family in attendance from 5.00pm with Rosary Prayers at 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass on Thursday (13th February) at 10.00am in the North Cathedral.
