The death has occurred of Bridget Treacy (née Jordan) Conway Park, Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow.
Bridget (Bridie) Treacy (née) Jordan of Conway Park, Bagenalstown, and formerly of Knockroe, Rathanna, Borris, Co. Carlow. Bridie passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday January 18th in the care of the staff at St Lukes Hospital Kilkenny.
Beloved wife of the late Tom Treacy and loving mother to Jacqueline Bridget Thomas and Lydia cherished sister to Kathy Nora Essie and Josie and brother Matty. Predecased by her parents Mathew and Mary Jordan brothers Mick, Tom and Jack and sister Mary. She will be sadly missed by her loving son and daughters her 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren sons-in-law Philip, Pat and Donal, daughter- in-law Julie, nephews nieces relatives and friends.
May Bridie's Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing in Somers Funeral Home, Bagenalstown (R21 YP68) on Friday Morning from 11.am to 7.pm, with Funeral Prayers at 6.pm.
Funeral Mass on Saturday Morning at 11.oc in St. Andrew's Church, Bagenalstown, followed by burial in the Cemetery of the Assumption, Bagenalstown.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Pallative Care Acute Unit St. Luke's Hospital Kilkenny.
