The death has occurred of
BRIDGET CONNOLLY
(née McCarthy)
BRIDGET CONNOLLY (née McCarthy, Little Island and formerly of Ballydaheen, Youghal) passed away on January 30th 2023 in the care of the staff at Oaklodge Nursing Home, Churchtown South. Dearly beloved wife of the late Denis and adoring mother of Mairead (O’Neill) and Anthony.
Sadly missed also by her son in law Pat, daughter in law Sinéad, her adored grandchildren Shane, Aoife, Charlie, Clodagh and Sophie, sisters Christine (Foran) and Gretta (O’Donoghue), brother Tommy, brother in law, sister in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends especially Mary (Twomey), Christine (Crotty), Bridie and Tommy (O’Sullivan).
The family would like to thank the wonderful carers and staff at Oaklodge for their exceptional care of Mam.

Bridget will repose at her home on Friday 3rd from 3pm-7pm.
Requiem Mass on Saturday 4th at 11am in the Sacred Heart Church Glounthaune, following which Bridget will be laid to rest in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Little Island, with her beloved husband Denis.
