Bridget Guilfoyle
(née Delaney)

Guilfoyle (nee Delaney) Bridget. Mullingar, formerly Dublin. Dignified and strong to the end, Bridget fell asleep peacefully and into the arms of her beloved husband Brian Guilfoyle (deceased 1981), on 24 March 2026.

Bridget, mam to John and Niamh, grandmother to Alex, Logan and Brian, daughter in law Lorna and son in law Barry, lived life with equal measures of strength and resilience, sprinkled with fun and good humour and will be dearly remembered and missed by her sisters Eileen and Annette, brothers-in-law Paul and Kevin, her niece Eleanor, nephews Davy and Edward, and her wide circle of friends.

You were and will always be our beautiful, one of a kind mammy who protected us fiercely. Rest easy, be free Mam, until we meet again.

Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home Willbrook, Rathfarnham Tuesday 31st March 2026 from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday 1st April, in the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham, at 10am followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium.
