Bridget Ledwith
(née Shanley)

Clonulty, Ballydangan, Athlone, Roscommon / Ballinasloe, Galway

Affectionately known as Bridie/Addie. Bridie passed away peacefully on Monday, the 26th of January, surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff in St. Brendan's CNU, Creagh, Ballinasloe. Predeceased by her sisters Philomena, Marion and Madeline.

 

Bridie will be sadly missed by her loving husband Tom, her sons Wayne and Garret, her daughter Louise (McDonnell, Ahascragh), her son-in-law Tom and her cherished grandchildren Conor, Kieran, Johnny and Daragh. Bridie is also deeply missed by her family, brothers Tommie (Longford), Charlie (Killashandra) and Michael (Bornacoola), sisters Ann (Bornacoola) and Sadie (Mullingar), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Bridie will repose in Grenham's Funeral Home, Ballinasloe (H53 HK15), on Thursday, the 29th of January, from 5pm to 7pm, with removal afterwards to St. Mary’s Church, Moore (N37 XH52). Bridie's Requiem Mass will take place on Friday, the 30th of January at 11am. Burial afterwards in Moore New Cemetery,
