Bridget O’Connor (née McGrath) sadly passed away on 14 April 2024, aged 84, in Leicester, England. A native of Ballydonnell, Mullinahone, County Tipperary. Daughter to Thomas & Bridget, wife to George for many years, mother to Anthony and David, mother-in-law to Susan and Terry, grandmother to Natalie and Liam and great-grandmother to Logan, Coden and Luka. Bridget was the youngest 12 siblings, Thomas, Walter, Mary, Catherine, Daniel, Josephine, Christine, Daniel, Stephen and Margaret and is survived by her brother David.
Bridget will be greatly missed by friends and family on both sides of the Irish Sea. She will be reposing at Brett’s Funeral Home, Mullinahone, on Friday 21st June between 5pm and 7pm. Bridget’s Requiem Mass will take place in St. Michael’s Church, Mullinahone, on Saturday, 22nd June, at 11.30am followed by burial afterwards in St Michael’s Cemetery, Killaghy, Mullinahone.
