Bridget Patricia (Patty) Doherty

Bridget Patricia (Patty) Doherty nee Byrne Howth Road, Raheny died peacefully and surrounded by her children, in the tender care of the team on Jervis Ward Beaumont Hospital in her 94th year.

 

Predeceased by her brothers Danny and Val, sisters Alice and Teresa.

 

Devoted wife of the late Michael, adored and cherished Mam to Catherine, Patrick, Michael , Gerard, Mary, Paul and Anne-Marie, proud Nanny to Kevin, Ian, Shane, Megan, Ryan, Liam, Jessica, Conor, Adam, Jason & Sarah, great grandmother to Caiden & Lily, sadly missed by her sons in law Mark, Jimmy & Damian, daughter in law Carmel.

She will be deeply missed by her devoted sister Marie, brother-in- law Tony, sisters in law especially Eilish her lifelong friend, nieces, nephews.

Remembered with love and affection by the wonderful carers at Dovida and a wide circle of friends.

 

In line with her wishes, along with the family, there is no expectation to wear black. She loved bright colours.

Reposing at Jennings Funeral Home, Oscar Traynor Road Coolock, D17FK58 on Wednesday afternoon February 25th from 2pm to 4pm.

Removal on Thursday morning to the Church of St Bridget's Killester, D05P983 arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by burial in Fingal Cemetery.
