Bridget Smith (nee McDonnell), Nottingham and formerly of Aughoose, Pullathomas, Ballina, Co. Mayo, on 19th October 2024, after a long illness in the presence of her loving family.

Predeceased by her father Michael McDonnell and brother in law Denis Courtney.

Dearly beloved wife of Glen and adored mother of Michael. Loving daughter of Mary Ann and sister of Gerard, Owen, Annie, Pat, Tom, Martina, Kathleen and Bernie. Sister in law of Kathleen, Orla, Michael and Shannen. Aunt of Rory, Shane, Rachel, Clodagh, Molly, Sarah, Ailish, Ruth, James and Serena. Daughter in law of June and Joe, Gary and Linda.

Bridget will be sadly missed by her loving husband, son, family, friends and work colleagues.

Funeral Mass for Bridget on Monday 11th of November 2024 at 12.30pm in the Church of the Good Shepherd, 3 Thackeray's Lane, Woodthorpe, Nottingham, NG5 4HT, followed by Cremation at 2pm in Gedling Crematorium, Catfoot Lane, Lambley, Nottingham NG4 4QH.
