The death has occurred of Bridie Brennan (nee Mahon) Lisserdrea, Boyle, Co. Roscommon, on Thursday January 11th, 2024, peacefully at University Hospital Sligo. Predeceased by her husband Jim, siblings Mary, Bernie, Paddy, Michael-John, Chris and Veronica.

Bridie, deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family, her sons and daughters, Gerard, Patricia, Seamus, Cyril, Sinead, Michelle and David, daughters-in-law Fionnula, Maeve, Avine and Michelle, son-in-law Martin and John, Cherished grandchildren Alanna, Naoise, James, Keith, Shane, Darren, David, Niall, Ciara, Gemma, Jack, Sean, Alisha, Arianna, Kyle, Shayla, Shay and Fiadh, and great-grandchildren Jack, Jasmine, Ellery, Lyra and Rían, her brother Joe and sister Kathleen, brother's in-law, sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

May Bridie’s Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace

Bridie will repose at Mahon’s Funeral Home, Boyle (F52 ND23) tomorrow, Saturday, from 4pm until 7pm. Bridie’s funeral cortège will travel from her home in Lisserdrea on Monday morning to arrive at St Joseph’s Church, Boyle, for funeral mass at 11am, followed by burial in Killaraght Old Cemetery.
