Bridie completed her life’s journey peacefully with her much-loved family by her side and in the gentle care of the Bon Secours Hospital, Galway on Monday evening, 20 January, 2025. Dearly beloved wife of the late Pádraig. Predeceased also by her sister Margaret, and her brothers James, Peter, Michael and Noel.
Mourned and deeply loved by her children Liam, Maura, Martin, Padraig, Peadar and Áine, sisters Teresa, Kathleen, Nora and Ann, brother Seán, grandchildren, Molly, Jessica, Catriona, Ciarán, Cian, Orla, Tadhg, Fionn, Alannah-Rose, Amanda-Jane, Annabelle, Saoirse and Éabha and daughters-in-law Bernadette and Caroline. She will be fondly remembered by her nephews and nieces, the extended family, friends and neighbours.

Funeral Arrangements
Friday, 24 January 2025 Reposing at 'St. Anthony’s Room’ within the Church of St. John the Apostle, Knocknacarra (H91 W0H4) from 4.30p.m. Removal at 6.00 p.m. into the Church.
Saturday, 25 January 2025 Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Bridie at 11 a.m. Following Mass, she will be laid to rest with Pádriag in Rahoon cemetery.
