Bridie (Bridget) Sweeney
(née McCarthy)
Peacefully at St Vincent’s University Hospital, Elm Park following a short illness. Predeceased by her son Declan, brother Frank and sister Maureen. Wife of Michael and mother of John, Mary, Breeda and Michael. Bridie will be very sadly missed by her loving family, beloved grandchildren Grace, Jonathan, Orla, Emma, Emer and Kate, daughter-in-law Linda, her brother John-Joe, sisters Joan, Emily, Sheila and Eileen, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Tuesday (January 18th) from 3 pm to 5 pm for family and close friends. Removal on Wednesday morning to the Church of St Laurence O’Toole, Kilmacud for funeral Mass at 11.30 am which may be viewed on the parish web camera at: https://churchmedia.tv/camera/church-of-st-laurence-otoole-kilmacud followed by committal in Mount Jerome Crematorium.
