The death has occurred of Bridie Troy, Curraghmore, Kilcormac and Mountbolus, Co. Offaly. Bridie passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family after a short illness bravely borne.

Bridie is predeceased by her husband Pakie (Patrick), her parents, brothers and sisters. Bridie will be sadly missed by her loving family, son Pat, Daughter Mary Dermody (Rathcabbin), daughter in-law Kathleen, son in-law Liam Dermody, grandchildren Máura and her husband Darren, Poraich, Sinéad and Ciara, her brother Hugh (Curraghmore), sister in-law Mona Gleeson (Knockbarron), nieces, nephews, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Bridie's funeral will be private. The family would like to thank you for your support and understanding at this difficult time.

Residing at her residence, removal from her home on Monday morning arriving to Saint James' Church, Eglish, for 12 (noon) funeral mass, followed by burial in the adjoining churchyard. Friends and neighbours are welcome to stand along the route to the church and in the churchyard while following social distancing guidelines.
