Bridie (Bridget) Dowling (nee O’Mahony) Church Hill, Fermoy. Co Cork

The lovely Bridie passed away peacefully early Saturday, February 14th, in her 93rd year, surrounded by her heartbroken family and in the wonderful care of St Francis Home, Fermoy, after a brief illness.

Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Arthur, infant son John and infant baby granddaughter Katie, sister of the late Hannah Kevany, Sean O’Mahony and Maureen Daly.

Bridie is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her devoted son Leonard, cherished daughter-in-law Kathrina and adored grandchildren Amy and Joseph. Deeply regretted by her brother Jerry, sisters-in-law Monica and Sheila, brother-in-law Dave Daly, Cousin Patsy, nieces, nephews, extended family. neighbours and friends.

Bridie will repose at Martin Neligan & Sons Funeral Home, The Old Train Station, Fermoy. (P61 K682), this Sunday, February 15th, from 5.30pm to 7.00pm, followed by removal to St Patrick’s Church, Fermoy. Mass celebrating Bridie's life, times and legacy at 12.00 noon mass on Monday, February 16th, with burial afterwards in Kilcrumper Old Cemetery.
