Bridie Lynch nee Lynch, Enagh East, Virginia, Co Cavan died on the 24th January 2026 peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Fairlawn's Nursing Home, Bailieborough. Predeceased by her husband Mattie, her parents John and Bridget and her siblings Anna-May, Patsy, Mona, Tony and Kevin.

Remembered with love by her children Breege, Julie (James O'Brien), Geraldine (Mattie McSherry), Mags (Michael McCabe), Cathriona (Michael McSherry), Matthew (Sally Lush) and Rosie (Ben Halpin), grandchildren Sheamus, Kevin, Denise, Ryan, Caoin, Adam, Cormac, Emma, Sabrina, Nicole, Rachel, Mark, Melissa, Ronan, Hazel, Jake and Grace, sister-in-law Moira, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough on Monday 26th January from 4pm - 6pm (family time thereafter). Removal at 6:30pm to arrive at the Church of Mary Immaculate, Virginia at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11am with burial afterwards in Raffoney Cemetery. The funeral mass can be viewed live via the Live Stream
