MURPHY (Tawnies Crescent, Clonakilty): on February 10th 2025 peacefully at home in the presence of her family. BRIDIE (nee Walsh) beloved wife of Paddy, much loved mother of Hazel and Dawn and sister of the late Johnny and Eileen. Sadly missed by her loving husband, daughters, adored grandchildren Odhran and Liadain, sister Cathy (Lehane), brother-in-law Michael, sisters-in-law Molly and Eileen, cousin Betty, relatives and friends.

Reposing in O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Clonakilty on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 6pm to 7pm followed by Prayers. Requiem Mass on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1.30pm in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clonakilty. Followed by Cremation at 4pm in the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired to Marymount University Hospital & Hospice.

The family would like to thank Dr. Yvonne Hayes for her exceptional care and Dr. Ian Bell and staff at the Waterfront Medical Centre. Bridie’s carers and home helps Annette, Monica, Ciara, Vita, Yousra and especially Mary Griffin for their care and kindness shown to Bridie.
