The death has occurred of
Bridie O' Connor
(née Crowley)
On March 6th, 2026, unexpectedly but peacefully, in the tender and loving care of the staff of Cork University Hospital and in the presence of her loving family, Bridie (formerly of Kilcorney), loving wife and soulmate of Michael, devoted mother of Anne (Sweeney), Julie, and Michael, dear nana of Laura, Melissa, Alana and Alex, sister of the late PJ and Teddy.
Sadly missed by her loving husband and family, sisters Margaret, Mary, Cathy, Christine, and Majella, brother Niall, son-in-law David, Michael's partner Martina, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, her dear friends in Mount Alvernia Hospital, neighbours, and a large circle of friends.

Reposing in Grace's Funeral Home, Kanturk (P51 WDX8) on Tuesday, March 10th from 6pm followed by removal at 7.30pm to St. John the Baptist Church, Kilbrin. Requiem mass on Wednesday, March 11th at 12 noon which can be viewed live on the link below. Funeral afterwards to Kilbrin Cemetery.
The O' Connor family would like to thank the staff of Mount Alvernia Hospital, Mallow, for making Bridie feel so at home and for the wonderful care and compassion shown to her throughout her stay.
