Bridie died on January 14th, 2026, peacefully with her family, in the loving care of the staff at Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore.
She was late of Twyford, Baylin, Athlone and was predeceased by her beloved husband Tommy, parents John and Mary, sisters Kathleen, Maureen, Grett and Ann, and brother P.J.
Bridie will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving family, daughter Norah, sons Thomas and Kevin, grandchildren, Lauren, Shane, Nicole, Ryan, Kayleigh, Aaron and Layla, brothers John, Eamon and Thomas, sisters Carmel and Teresa, son-in-law Tony, daughter-in-law Stacey, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Grant Bridie Eternal Rest and Peace
Bridie will repose at her home on Friday evening (Jan. 16th) from 5pm to 8pm.
Removal on Saturday morning (Jan. 17th) to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ferbane, where her Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 11am, and may be viewed on http://www.ferbaneparish.ie.
Bridie will be laid to rest afterwards in Kilrehan Cemetery.
