The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Bridie Sweeney, Magheraclogher, Gweedore, originally of Carrick, Gweedore. Predeceased by her husband Hughie and sister Máire. Sadly missed by her daughters; Maeve, Máire & Carmel, sons; Manus & Michael, sisters; Eileen, Kathleen & Mena, brother Donal, in-laws, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family & friends.

Her remains will repose at Roarty’s Funeral Home in Derrybeg (F92 DN4X) tomorrow (Thursday) from 2pm - 8pm. Rosary at 8pm. Removal to her late residence in Magheraclogher after the rosary. Wake at her home on Friday from 11am to 8pm for family, friends and neighbours only. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am in St. Mary’s Church, Derrybeg, interment afterwards in Maghergallon Cemetery.
