Brigid Amelia Hughes
(née O'Donovan)
HUGHES (Rhosneigr, Ynys Môn, Wales and formerly of Newtown, Bantry): Brigid Amelia, passed away, peacefully, at home on 14 February 2023. Born in Bantry, County Cork, on 17 September 1943 to Brigid and Jeremiah O’Donovan; dear sister to Mary, Toxi, Freddie Barry, Michael, Alec and Emer, beloved wife of Arnold and loving mother to Gerald, David, Owen and Rachel. Much missed and always loved by her family, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Funeral Mass at Church of Our Lady & St James followed by a service at the Crematorium: Bangor, Gwynedd, Wales on Friday 24 February at 10.00am and 11.00am respectively.
