Brigid (Bridgie) Hannon (née Butler) Bray, Co. Wicklow. Passed away peacefully on June 9th, 2023 after a short illness borne with great courage and dignity, in the tender loving care of her family and the compassionate care of the staff at the Kinvara House Nursing Home, Bray. Beloved wife of the late Dave, grandmother of the late David and mother-in-law of the late Brendan. Much loved and cherished mother of Josefa, Maria, Catherine, Bridgin, David, Julie, Pat and Suzanne. She will be dearly missed by her loving family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law Carmel and Eileen, sons-in-law John, Dermot and Declan, brother Joe, sisters-in-law Kathleen and Helen, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Thomas Murphy and Sons Funeral Home, Boghall Road, Bray on Sunday, 11th June, from 6pm to 7pm. Removal on Monday morning at 9.40am, walking from her home to St. Peter's Church, Little Bray arriving for 10am Funeral Mass followed by interment in adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only by request, donations in lieu, if desired, to Wicklow Hospice, donation box at funeral home and church.
