Brigid McAuley
(née Gorman)

The death has occurred, in her 87th year, of Brigid McAuley (née Gorman), Crooked St., Clogherhead, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at the Louth County Hospital, Dundalk, surrounded by her family. Bridie, beloved wife of Robert and loving mother of Patrick and R.B. Predeceased by her sisters Peggy and Sheila, brother Ned and Lizzie and Peter Kirwan. Deeply regretted by her husband, sons, grandchildren Robbie, Callum and Caoimhe, daughters-in-law Danielle and Olivia, brother-in-law David, sisters-in-law Claire and Lil, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Connor’s Funeral Home, Dunleer (Eircode A92 V38H) on Monday from 4pm until 8pm. Removal on Tuesday morning to St Michael’s Church, Clogherhead arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, which can be viewed live at https://www.churchmedia.tv/saint-michaels-church. Burial afterwards in St. Denis’s Cemetery, Clogherhead.
