The death has occurred of Brigid McCabe (nee Gillick), Griffin Park, Trim, Co. Meath, 13th March 2025 peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda. Predeceased by her beloved husband Edward and daughter Breda and parents Paddy & Kate, brothers and sisters. Sadly missed by her loving family, children Kevin, Jacinta, Edward, Katrina, Olivia, Mary and Anne. Brother Oliver, sisters Therese, Bernie & Nuala, 23 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, sons in law, daughters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Heffernans Funeral Home, High St., Trim, C15 HDT1 on Monday, St. Patrick’s Day, from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11am in St. Patrick’s Church, Trim which will be live streamed at the link below, followed by burial in St Loman’s Cemetery, Trim.
The family wish to sincerely thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Millbury Nursing Home for all of the wonderful care shown to Brigid during her time there.
