Brima Hayes O’Connor
Brima Hayes O’Connor (Caherdavin, Limerick and former Special Needs Assistant at Catherine McAuley Special Needs School, Ashbourn Avenue. Late co-founder of Limerick Dragon Boats).
March 24th 2025 peacefully at University Hospital Limerick, after a long illness bravely borne.
Beloved wife of the late Pat. Dearly loved sister of Liam and Pat, Helen (Browne), Pauline, Suzanne (Murtagh) and the late Deirdre (Australia). Sadly missed by her loving brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, Pat’s daughter Karen, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her parents Bill and Pauline Hayes.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street on Tuesday (25th March) from 4.30pm to 6pm followed by removal to Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Ennis Road. Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday (26th March) at 11am followed by burial in Castlemungret Cemetery.
