BRONA GAFFNEY
(née O'FARRELL)
GAFFNEY (née O’Farrell) Brona, (Blackrock, Co. Dublin and late of Cork City) 31st October 2023 (peacefully) in her 100th year in the excellent care of all the staff at Newtown Park House. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Des. Deeply missed by her children Norma (O’Rourke), Robert and Tom, son-in-law Liam, daughters-in-law, Marian and Anne, grandchildren Kiera, Lynn, Gillian, Rebecca, Peter, Emily, Brian and Liam, her four great-grandchildren, Alannah, Ruby, Sofia and Mabel, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and her carer June.
Removal to the Church of St. John the Baptist, Blackrock on Friday morning (3rd November) for Funeral Mass at 10.00 am which may be viewed live on the parish webcam https://sjb.ie/our-parish/webcam/ followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery.
