C. Anne McKENNA
(née Murphy)
Anne McKenna (née Murphy) of Bray, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Shanganagh, Co. Dublin died on 10th January, 2016, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin, following a long illness, beloved wife for 58 years of Jimmy, devoted and much loved mother of Adrian, Sharon, Mark, Lisa and Ronan, adored Nanny of David, Dylan, Hannah, Fianna, Chloe, Oísin, Eve, Jamie, Shannon, Aaron and James; she will be sadly missed by her sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, extended family and friends.
There will be a gathering for family and friends, with prayers, on Tuesday evening, 12th January from 6.00 – 7.00pm at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray. Removal from the funeral home on Wednesday, 13th January at 10.30 o’clock to St. Peter’s Church, Little Bray arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.00 o’clock followed by burial in Springfield Cemetery, Killarney Road, Bray. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Heart Foundation can be made at the funeral home or church.
