The death has occurred of
Canon Sean ROONEY P.E.
Former Parish Priest of Mohill, Co Leitrim and late of Ballycumber Road, Ferbane, Co Offaly. At Laurel Lodge Nursing Home, Dublin Road, Longford in the fifty ninth year of his ministry.
Reposing at Laurel Lodge Chapel from 3pm tomorrow, Sunday, with Prayers at 4.15 pm, followed by removal at 5pm to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Ferbane, Co Offaly at 7pm. Concelebrated Requiem Mass on Monday at 12 noon followed by interment in High Street Cemetery.
Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Longford Hospice.
