The death has occurred of
Captain Cathal GARVEY
Captain Cathal Garvey of Booterstown, Co. Dublin and late of Cork, Castlebar, Co. Mayo and Tuam, Co. Galway and retired Chief Fire Officer, Dublin Fire Brigade, died 7th September, 2016, peacefully, in the loving care of Catherine, Karen and the staff at Greystones Nursing Home. Beloved husband of Ita, dear father of Thérèse, Carmel (McGee) and Ann, brother of Sr. Carmel, father-in-law of Brian adored Daideo of Aisling and Cathal. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Reposing at Greystones Nursing Home on Friday (9th September) from 7.00pm-8.00pm. Funeral arriving at Holy Rosary Church, Greystones for 10.00am Mass on Saturday (10th September) followed by burial in Redford Cemetery, Greystones. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to The Peter McVerry Trust.

Beidh Cathal á thórramh sa teach altramais idir 7.00pm agus 8.00pm, Dé hAoine (9 Meán Fómhair). Aistreofar a chorp ón teach altramais go dtí Eaglais na Corónach Muire Rónaofa, Na Clocha Liatha d’Aifreann ag an 10.00am, Dé Sathairn (10 Meán Fómhair). Sochraid go dtí Reilig Redford i ndiaidh an Aifrinn. Ceangal grá go raibh eadrainn go brách gan scaoileadh.
