The death has occurred of
Cardinal Desmond CONNELL
CONNELL Cardinal Desmond (21st February 2017) Archbishop Emeritus of Dublin. Peacefully at his home after a long illness. Sadly missed by his sister-in-law Peggy, nephews John, Denis and Mark, grandnieces, grandnephews, and wide family circle, by his devoted carers and his many friends and by Archbishop Diarmuid Martin, the Auxiliary Bishops and the Priests of the Archdiocese of Dublin.
Requiescat in Pace
Remains arriving at St. Mary’s Pro-Cathedral, Dublin on Thursday, 23rd February, at 7pm. Reposing in the Pro Cathedral until 9pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11am.
