Carmel Browne

On October 12, 2025, peacefully, at her residence, Carmel (née O’Keeffe), beloved wife of the late Seán and cherished mother of Elmarie (Oliver), Liam, Niamh and Jeremy. Pre deceased by her brothers Larry and Micheál, sister Joan (Hogan) and son-in-law Brian. Deeply mourned by her family, grandchildren Isabell, John, Ciara, Áine, Finn, Daniel and Charlotte, sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at O’Reilly’s Funeral Home, Newmarket on Thursday from 6pm to 7pm followed by prayers. Reception into St. Mary’s Church, Castlemagner on Friday at 11.30am for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to Clonfert Cemetery, Newmarket.
