The death has occurred of
Carmel Crowley
(née Lenihan)
Carmel Crowley, Carrigtwohill, on 16th July 2025, peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the exceptional care of the staff in the rehabilitation unit at St. Finbarr's Hospital, Cork.
Carmel (née Lenihan), dearly beloved wife of the late Peter, and dear mother of Peter, Marian Forrest, Bernard, Carmel Mackey and the late Raymond.
Dear nan/gran of Richard, Niamh, Jennifer, Mark, Sean and the late infant Eoin. Great-gran of Finn, sister of the late Tross, Rita, Phil, Dom, Noel, Finbarr and Bernard.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family, daughters-in-law Máire and Margo, sons-in-law John and David, sisters-in-law Marie and Marian, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, kind neighbours and friends.
May Carmel Rest in Peace.
Reposing at her home in Terrysland (T45 W262) on Friday, 18th July, from 5pm to 7pm.
Reception into St. Mary’s Church, Carrigtwohill, on Saturday, 19th July, for 12 midday Funeral Mass, followed by Service at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, at 2pm.
