Carmel Delaney
(née Hickey)
Carmel Delaney (nee Hickey), Kylebeg, Stradbally, Co. Laois. Died March 29th 2026, peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Ted, her recently deceased grandson Ciarán O'Neill and cousin Francis Corr.
Deeply regretted by her loving daughters Aileen O'Beirne, Claire O'Neill, Edna Ramsbottom and Gabrielle Goode, sons Brendan and Eamon, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousin Plunket Corr, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, extended family and friends.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing at the Presentation Chapel Stradbally on Monday March 30th from 5pm until 8pm with recital of the rosary at 8pm. Requiem mass on Tuesday at 11am in the Sacred Heart Church Stradbally, followed by interment in St Brigid's Church grounds Ballintubbert.
