Derham (nee Whitehead) (Lally Road, Ballyfermot and late of Ormond Square) 14th October 2012, suddenly, Carmel beloved wife of the late Harry.
Deeply regretted by her loving sons, daughters, sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Reposing at her home on Wednesday afternoon. Removal on Thursday morning to Church of the Assumption, Ballyfermot arriving for 11.30am mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to Newlands Cross Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross.
