The death has occurred of Carmel Devane (nee Thomas) The Lane, Newpark, Ennis Co. Clare & formerly of Errew, Castlebar, Co Mayo after a short illness at University College Hospital Galway. Deeply regretted by her loving husband Joe, daughter Róisín, sons Conor & Donal, her loving parents Johnny & Phil Thomas (Errew, Castlebar) brother Tom (Ballygar, Co Galway) sisters Yvonne and Fiona (Errew), uncles, aunts, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Carmel will lie in repose at her residence at The Lane, Newpark, Ennis, Co Clare (Eircode V95 XF NO) on Thursday from 4 o’clock concluding with prayers at 8 o‘clock. House private Friday Morning please. Funeral arriving to St Patrick’s Church, Ballyheane, Castlebar, Co Mayo, Friday at 12 noon, where there will be an opportunity to sympathise with the family, followed by Funeral Mass at 1 o’clock. Funeral afterwards to the adjoining Ballyheane Cemetery.
