Downes (nee Saunders) (Greenhills) – May 30, 2023, (peacefully), after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family, at Cherry Orchard Nursing Home, Carmel, beloved wife of the late Ronnie, beloved partner of the late Tom and dear mother of Adrienne, Ronald, Kevin, Niall and the late Paul and Jennifer; Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughter, brother Christy, sister Helen, sons-in-law Brendan and Mats, daughters-in-law Mandy and Jessie, brother-in-law Dominic, sister-in-law Dolores, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing on Thursday from 5pm to 7pm, with Prayers at 6pm at the Ramon Massey & Son Funeral Home, 78 Walkinstown Road, D12 PWK0, (opposite Supervalu). Removal on Friday to the Church of the Holy Spirit, Greenhills arriving for 11:30am Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to Mount Venus Cemetery. No flowers please.
