Carmel Fanning
(née Wheeler)
Carmel Fanning (née Wheeler) of Sleamaine, Roundwood, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Bray and Greystones, Co. Wicklow, passed away peacefully on 21st April 2026 at St. Vincent's Private Hospital, surrounded by her family. Sadly missed by her loving husband Michael, children Cara, Glen, Barry, Lisa and Michael, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, her 12 grandchildren, her sisters Marie, Eileen and Colette, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at her home (A98 N702) on Thursday, 23rd April, from 4pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 2.30pm in St. Laurence O’Toole’s Church, Roundwood, followed by burial in Roundwood Cemetery. The Mass will be streamed live via the link below.
