Carmel Francis
(née Benson)
Peacefully, in her 92nd year, in the tender care of the staff at Sonas Athlone Nursing Home. Pre-deceased by her husband, Lionel, and deeply regretted by her loving daughter Lorraine (Dockery), son Odran, sister Nuala (Dunne), son-in-law Dave, daughter-in-law Kelly, grandchildren Graham, David, Molly, Kian, and Kenzi, and her many nieces, nephews and friends.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at Flynn's Funeral Home, The Strand on Thursday from 5-00 pm until 6-30 pm. Requiem Mass on Friday in St. Mary's Church at 10-30 o'clock followed by burial afterwards in Coosan Cemetery.
