The death has occurred of Carmel Horgan of Cois na habhainn Avista, Lisnagry and formerly of Plunkett Road, Askeaton, Co. Limerick. Carmel passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family and caring staff in Cois na habhainn on 5th July 2025.
Predeceased by her parents Michael and Kitty and her brothers Bobby and Des.
Sadly missed by her heartbroken sister Rosemary, brothers Kieran and Noel, nieces, nephews, sisters in law, brother in law Mike and her adoring grandnieces Madeline and Emilia. Forever loved by her huge circle of friends, caring staff and thoughtful community of Avista Lisnagry and Askeaton.

Reposing at Kieran Madigan's Funeral Home, Main Street, Askeaton, Co Limerick V94 K598 on this Monday 7th July from 5 to 6.30pm. Arriving at St Mary's Church Askeaton on Tuesday 8th July for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
