Carmel Jones
(née Byrne)
Jones (née Byrne) Carmel, (1934 - 2023) Sutton, Dublin 13. 5th June 2023. Died peacefully, in the loving care of her family. Carmel was predeceased by Dermot, her best friend and husband for 65 years. She will be sadly missed by her family, children Carol, Anne Marie, David, Claire and Julie, daughter-in-law Marie, sons-in-law Ronan, Emmet and Barry, her treasured grandchildren Catherine, Jessica, Ciara, Stephen, Hannah, Fionn, Sibéal, Tom, Mikie, Charlie, Grace and Dan, great grandchildren Bobby, Chloe, Isabelle and Lily, her sister Bernie, and her wider family and friends.
May She Rest in Peace.
A celebration Mass for Carmel's life will be held in St. Fintan’s Parish Church, Sutton on Thursday, 8th June, at 11am followed by cremation in Glasnevin crematorium. House private on Wednesday. Family flowers only please.
