Murphy, Carmel, (née Plunkett) – 29th April 2025, (Kilbarrack), peacefully surrounded by her loving family and in the care of staff at Beaumont Hospital. Predeceased by her beloved husband Brian, her granddaughter Jessica and sister Mary. Carmel will be deeply missed by her children Brian, Catherine, Andy, Derek, Lisa, Michelle, Eddie, Gary, Jason, and Natalie, sons-in law, daughters-in-law, 23 grandchildren, sisters Lily, Patricia, Josie, Susie and Marie, sister-in-law Kathleen and brother-in-law Tommy, nieces, nephews, extended family, a wide circle of friends and neighbours.

Reposing in Jennings Funeral Home, Oscar Traynor Road, Coolock, D17 FK58 on Friday 2nd May from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Saturday morning to St Benedict’s Church, Grange Park, Dublin 5, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by burial in Fingal Cemetery.
