Carmel O'Brien

The death has occurred peacefully of Carmel O'Brien, Boleyard, Balla, surrounded by her loving family after a long illness.  Predeceased by her mother Bridget and father Thomas. Deeply regretted by her daughter Aisling Hughes, Granddaughter Fiadh Barry, son-in-law Kevin Barry, brothers Mike O'Brien, Seamus O'Brien, Tommy O'Brien and Vincent O'Brien, sisters Sheila Lowe and Teresa Filan, Aisling's father Jimmy Hughes, her nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

Carmel will be reposing at her home in Boleyard (F23Y952) on Tuesday, September 13th, from 5pm to 8pm. Removal on Wednesday morning at 11.15am for funeral Mass in St. Joseph's Church, Bohola at 12 noon. This will be followed by a private cremation on Thursday.  Mass can be viewed live on Bohola Post Facebook page. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Mayo Hospice, Castlebar.
