Carmel O’Brien (née Griffin), Whitehall Road, Terenure, Dublin 12. Peacefully at Tallaght University Hospital, surrounded by her loving family on 27th November 2025. Beloved wife of the late Edward (Eddie), devoted Mam of Carole, Annette and Paula and sister of Lily, Kathleen, Brendan, Gerard and the late Maureen, Michael, Paddy and Noel. Carmel will be sadly missed by her family, sons-in-law Tom, Brendan and Seán, grandchildren Sineád, Tomás, Aisling and James, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at her home (D12 KX4R) on Sunday (30th Nov.) from 2pm until 8pm. Funeral Mass on Monday at 11.30am in the Church of St Paul of the Cross, Mount Argus, Dublin 6W (webcam link below) followed by interment afterwards in Blackwater Cemetery, Co.Wexford arriving at 2.30pm approx.
