It is with deep sadness we announce the death of our beloved mother, Carmel O'Malley (née Ryan) Cahernorry, Drombanna, Co. Limerick and formerly of Main Street, Cappamore, Co. Limerick.

On 12th November 2025, peacefully, in the tender care of Roseville Nursing Home, surrounded by her four adored daughters.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Denis.

Cherished mother of Sharon, Denise, Siobhan and Jacqui and adored grandmother of Connor, Kelly, Olivia, Sarah and Becky.

Deeply missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Steve, Philip and Jim, her sister Mary, extended family, friends, and neighbours.

Reposing at home on Friday, 14th November, from 2pm to 6pm, for close family, friends and neighbours. Funeral arriving at St. Patrick’s Church, Knockea, on Saturday, 15th November, for Requiem Mass at 11am, followed by burial in Cahernorry Cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations if desired, to Milford Care Centre

The family wish to express their heartfelt gratitude to her GP, Dr. Ruth Moloney, Dr. Feargal Twomey and the palliative care team at Milford Care Centre. A special thanks to Edel Morris and her wonderful team of nurses and carers at Roseville Nursing Home, who looked after Mam with such kindness, compassion and devotion. We will be forever grateful.
