Peacefully surrounded by her loving family and in the loving care of all at the Bons Secours Hospital Cork. Beloved wife of the late Frank and much-loved mother of Donogh, Cormac, John and Emer and dear sister of Mary O’ Riordan and the late Frank Mansfield. Carmel will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter, sons, sister, daughters in law EibhlÍs, Angela and Aoife, son in law Damien, her adored grandchildren Jack, Evan, Hugo, Alice, Conan, Colm, Billy and Patrick, extended family, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

Carmel will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown Rd., Cobh P24Y383 on Monday, January 27th from 5.30pm with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Tuesday January 28th at 10.30am to St. Colman’s Cathedral for 11am Requiem Mass followed by burial in Old Church Cemetery.
