Carmel Shine (nee McLoughlin), of Hamilton Park, Balrothery and formerly of Fancourt Heights, Balbriggan & Newbridge, Co. Kildare - Jan 23, 2025.

Peacefully, in 99th year in the presence of her family and in the care of the wonderful staff of Hamilton Park Nursing Home.

Carmel is predeceased by her loving husband Patrick. She is the much-loved mother of Pat (Shiner), Carmel, John and Teddy and cherished nanny of all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She will be sadly missed by family, her son-in-law Pat, daughters-in-law Catherine, Marianne and Dolores, brothers John and Benny, sister Noelie, brother-in-law, Mike, sister-in-law Bríd, nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family and friends.

May Carmel Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Fitzgerald's Funeral Directors, Channel Road, Rush on Tuesday from 4pm to 6pm. Funeral mass on Wednesday morning at 11am in the Church of Ss.
