It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our darling mother, Carmel Tighe, Muingreevagh, Ballycastle, Co. Mayo,

on 17th January 2025 in her 98th year after a life well lived. Predeceased by her husband, Johnny, Brothers Seán and Mickey Joe, Sister, Maureen, Daughter in Law, Helen Tighe, and Marie's partner, JP Bermingham. Greatly missed by her Sons, Noel and Seán, Daughters Marie and Siobhán, Son in Law, Martin Gibbons, (Letterkenny), Daughter in Law, Loraine, (Kilkee), Her Sister in Law, and best friend, Peggy Tighe, Grandchildren, Stephen, (Donna), Michael, Eoin, Conor, Eleanor, Ailish and Roisin, and Great Grandchild, Robyn, Nephews, Nieces, Relatives and a large circle of Friends,

May Carmel's Soul Rest in Peace

Reposing in Cunningham's Funeral Home, Lucan, Eircode K78R2C1, this Saturday afternoon from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Removal to her home in Muingreevagh, Ballycastle, Eircode F26 PY56, Co. Mayo, for reposing from 12 noon on Sunday.

Removal from her residence on Monday evening by David Lynn, Funeral Director, Killala, to St. Bridget's Church, Ballycastle for prayers at 7.30 p.m.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 12 noon followed with burial in Ballycastle Cemetery.
