Carmel Tobin Creighton (nee Hayden), Abbeylands, Rathwire, Co.Westmeath and formerly of 23 Knockmore Avenue, Tallaght, Co. Dublin, peacefully in St. James Hospital, Dublin, 16th June 2015, surrounded by her loving family, deeply regretted by her loving daughter Liz, son Paul, her sister Phylis, grandchildren James and Celine, son-in-law James, daughter-in-law Anna, and the Tobin Family, nieces, nephews, relatives and a large circle of friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at her residence this Thursday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Friday morning to St.Joseph’s Church, Rathwire for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the Mount Jerome Cemetery to arrive at 2.30pm / 3 pm approx .House private on Friday morning please.
