Manson, Carmen “Mama” (nee Mora Zamora) (Mount Merrion, Dublin and La Gomera, Canary Islands)

12th August 2025 peacefully at St. Vincent’s University Hospital surrounded by her loving family;

Beloved wife of Bob and loving mother of Gara, Robert, Christina, Carmencita and Elena.

She will be sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Paul, Liam, Nigel and Bob, daughter-in-law Suzanne, grandchildren

Theo, Oscar, Rubén and Louis, Alicia, Stephanie and George, Carmen, William and Oliver, Charlotte, Bruce and Chloe,

Sofia, Elena and Mila, sisters Toñi, Tere and Chari, (pre deceased by her brothers Domingo and Amadeo and sisters Violeta and Ketty), extended family and friends.

A special mention to Carmen’s carers Cris, Emely and Teresita for their wonderful care and also to Marie Duffy and all the staff at Homecarer Trusted Independent Living.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Monkstown on Sunday (17th Aug) from 3-5pm.

Funeral Mass on Monday (18th Aug) at 11.00 am in Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Ave. followed by burial in Kilternan Cemetery Park.

To reflect Mama’s love of flowers, gardening and nature, the family suggest a funeral dress code of bright and vibrant colours.
