Carole DeJong
(née Poole)
DeJong (The Glen). On the 29th January, 2023, Carole (Nee Poole) passed away unexpectedly at home, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Robert and cherished mother of Kim (Farrage) Cassandra (Mehigan), Teejay (Bulmer), Shanie (Keane) and Lee (Bulmer). Daughter of Margaret and stepfather Len, adoring grandmother of 15 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, including the late Izzy who will now be reunited with her darling Nan. She will be sadly missed by her sister Denise, sons-in-law Matthew Farrage, Blaine Mehigan, Finbarr Keane, daughter-in-law Janice Allen, nephews, friends, neighbours and extended family. We also remember in our prayers at this time, her late sister Susan.

Reposing in Keohanes Funeral Home, Old Youghal Road, Mayfield on Wednesday, 1st February, from 4pm with prayers at 5pm. Reception into St. Brendans Church, The Glen, Thursday, 2nd February, for Requiem Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherines, Cemetery, Kilcully.
